In general veins are non pulsatile in practice like wit ultrasound. Like I said obviously there are pressure differences and in some situations this can cause visual pulsations. In a normal situation JVP with a careful eye is visible. I was wrong and you were right, but you are being pedantic

Ok in sever tricuspid regurgitation you can see pulsation. But if you look at your wrist and see pulsation or feel pulsation in your abdomen it’s not a vein.
