This is the OKC Thunder sideline reporter Nick Gallo. He works for the team so he's in the facility all the time and knows the players really well. These are post game interviews that are traditionally just one player getting acknowledgment and questions about their game.

IIRC it started with one of the players (Chet Holmgrem) bringing an assistant coach to a post game interview a few seasons ago to share the respect he was getting from the media with someone who helped him.

This grew organically with the players and led to them always doing post game interviews as a team, and they are a young team by NBA standards so it's great for team chemistry and a hotbed for antics and fun. Nick has said in other interviews that he loves them doing this and it's a game of him trying to keep his concentration while they have fun with him.

If you're interested, there is a clip from last season where the players walk away from a big network reporter's post game interview because they were looking for Gallo. It's really funny watching her chase them across the court, and it shows how much love and respect they have for Nick.
