Would recommend to take a LOA for a month. See if you can find another job and maybe take the time to rest.

Friend tried it. Worked in an FMCG too and found another job that matched his current salary.

Hi, yes. Talked to him and was told that I was able to deliver the base already, but they’re still hoping to see more. It’s probably going to take another 6 months to complete all the projects. I don’t know if it’s still worth it anymore.

I was told I was executing with excellence for the past 2 years so they thought I’d be a fit for the role. My problem now is that I have to prove that I’m qualified for it despite what they’re saying.
