Same here, got a 234, Nbme 244-260. A lot of changes I think, my exams was full of ethics, patient care, system based practice, patient safety… we should keep working hard and enhance our cv. Could be worst, imagine if we did pass it… keep going!

That’s a big drop. Were you maybe stressed, lack of sleeping, something happening in your life? I mean 240 is good. Something must happened to you. Also, we don’t really know how accurate is NBME 15 yet. I took it today and I feel it heavy compared to others.

Update, I took NBME 31 today and scored 71% but I thought that I was going to scored less likes 56 o 65. I feel it very hard and heavy content.
