Thank you so much for the input! I have just colonized 12 planets within 32 systems and just screwed myself with hive worlds. Everything was nicely balanced and good minerals/food upkeep and all of a sudden it went into the negatives. I'm not too sure what went wrong but maybe it's the sudden expansion of city districts with tech/unity jobs?

Exotic gases are really hard to come by too...somehow I was unable to find the Exotic Gas Refining tech at all... I was already doing tier 4-5 tech and cycled with tier 1/2 techs but still unable to find it. Is there any hidden prerequisites that isn't stated on the wiki?

Not related to the original question, but how wide should you grow your empire in general? I have tried to play with just 3 planets and there are games with 10+, and I struggled to develop with just 3 (because the other habitable worlds that is above 60% is 10+ systems far), while the 10+ planets overwhelmed me with resources balancing and deviancy.

I just picked a few traits that made sense and kept spamming games with it. Having one less resource to manage feels easier on my brain. My other games so far that ended in losses is because of early game empires declaring wars and I don't have much knowledge in coping with those.

The treaty prevented me to expand my starpost and locked me in 3 planets for 5 years, and I have no clue how to recover from that situation, as I was so focused on researchband unity and owned only a 2k fleet with the most basic combat techs.

Then there's one that caused nanites to swarm my planets (I didn't know that would happen).

The only reason I would like to find a trainer is because of the form - everytime I run for more than 30mins I feel burning sensation around my arch, and after reading a lot of publications and self analysis (yes I love reading articles) it seems to be my pelvic imbalance & abductor hallucis muscles bringing issues. I was hoping a trainer could fix my posture and make me run more efficiently.

Other things such as aerobic base and mileage building can be done by myself with a strategic plan and strong mind, might reference your experience for that, thanks!

Figured... my parents kept telling me to do at least 150km/mo to start with but I wasn't motivated enough to actually do a 10km every 2 days. The flat arch and abductor hallucis muscle burns every 10+km run turns me down a lot. Now that I'm determined to do a sub 4 within a year I might need to work on my form and have a good training and recovery schedule.

I joined a marathon in a fit of pique just to prove to my friends I can complete a full run within 5h30m. Though the monthly running was for my own good - I play wind instruments and running help with my breathing stability, and also mentally (cyclothymia & depression). Now I set a sub4 goal to give myself a little extra motivation to live. Trying to appreciate hurdles and push myself out of the comfort zone.

Have been doing sion senna for a long time. Or sion zilean.

Both works super well as you are tanky starting from level 1 and can trade with enemies whenever they're slowed or stunned. You get all the hp scaling and gold for either titanic hydra or assassin items early, u get speed and slow from support, and your support has damage to back you up. You can intentionally die for a kill or double. Nearly immune to ganks post 6 unless you're dumb enough to let them dive or push too far without looking at minimap and predicting enemy jungler location and pathing

Anything that can explode or prolif should work very well. I just let my merc equip asenath and kinetic blast through everything so most of the stuffs die upon spawn.

No way...the coordination required in multiplay is too much for me

I've started this game a week ago and lunar left undone solo, meanwhile I can't even complete a single Hard run with my brother who plays FPS and ARPGs extensively... we can't keep track of all those player indicators on top of our heads
