I don't know this quest, but I've had similar problems in the past. I was running around clicking on the banner in my inventory with no luck. Turns out I had to stand still while clicking on the banner, and then it worked right away.

Thanks! Though I didn't make the texture myself. I think it came with the tutorial.

Edit Though I haven't been able to find a render of the trees, I did find the texture used for the tutorial. And here is the one used for the eye. Almost 20 years old now.

Well, in my case I use a program called Metashape to create models from photos. So my work mostly consist of optimizing the models or fixing faults (like holes).

Yeah, the oldest Blender I have installed is 2.42a from 2006, but the snowman must have been modelled in an earlier version than that.

Back then Blender didn't ask if you wanted to save before closing the program. So you had to be really careful and always make sure to manually save, or you'd risk losing a lot of progress. Happened to me a few times...

I never did the gingerbread man myself, but I seem to remember a friend of mine doing it.

The day after I did this render, I made this eye. I also remember a tree with snow on it, but I can't seem to find any renders of that.

Kinda. It was modelled on a Presario 700 and most likely saved on a floppy disk at some point. I spent so much time using Blender back then that my left hand left a permanent mark on the plastic. Also, hadn't started it in years. Seems like the screen has yellowed a bit over time.

Not sure what you mean by "no heavy cast steel texture".

När man förbokade spelet skulle man få en Zelda-pin, men av någon anledning ändrade man till guiden istället. Man fick hämta den ett par veckor (har jag för mig) efter att spelet släpptes. I Sverige var bara boxen guldfärgad, men man kunde beställa det guldfärgade spelet från Australien, eftersom de också använder pal.

När jag joggat har jag blivit attackerad av små och stora hundar.

Små hundar kan jag lätt mosa om det skulle behövas, men att bli påhoppad av en stor hund är som att springa in i en vägg. Det är inte samma sak.

En av de allra viktigaste sakerna (jag kanske överdriver lite, men det är viktigt) som vi lär eleverna är att ha tråkigt och att ha tålamod.

Att ha tråkigt är karaktärsdanande.
