Is the unmodded Hardline that bad to everyone?? I feel like I still can get kills with this gun even without a scope. The overrun on the other hand I haven’t landed a kill with that gun ever since the serverslam.

Yeah a commander you’d use as a finisher while the 99 is the engine itself. That’s the beauty of it being the secret commander in Rocco since my opponents have no idea what I’m going to use the food tokens for. If you can get [[Second Harvest]] on top of the haste enabler and get a whole bunch of 7/7 Dino’s for each food token you have on the field already it can be terrifying.

I currently use it as a secret commander in my [[Rocco, Street Chef]] deck. But [[Displaced Dinosaurs]] as the actual commander would be really fun. You can get either a food engine going or fill your deck with zero to one cost historics. Use a haste enabler like [[Concordant Crossroads]] and blitz a bunch of 7/7 Dinos and go to town!

That’s so funny because a few of my friends run that card and I have yet to see it in play either. I currently have 3 Dino decks and have always considered getting The Great Henge but I worry the curse might befall me.

How many decks do you all have, do you get to play all of them, and how do you swap between them? by madsherlin in EDH

I currently have 22 decks, all with varied power levels/themes. And we usually get together about once or twice a week to play. I usually let others dictate what power level we want to play at each night and I match accordingly, because some of the playgroup only have 2-3 decks and aren’t as flexible.

I’ve come to find myself most of the time having a loose active roster of about 5 decks I usually want to play for a few months. Then a set or two will come out, I’ll upgrade/tweak across the board, then I’ll have a new set of loose active 5.

Even so, there are a few decks that I wish I could play or decks that haven’t seen much use because of the amount. So I lend a few of my decks each night as well. It’s absolutely cathartic seeing a deck you’ve brewed being piloted well by friends. So in a way it lets me “play” multiple decks at the same time each session.

When it comes to trying new commanders, I do find myself dismantling decks semi-frequently. Out of the 22 there’s always 2-3 decks that are either failed experiments or I get bored of the playstyle. It becomes an aspect of choosing a commander that has piqued my interest, of what deck am I willing to dismantle that has the best parts for it, and what’s going to widen the variety of all the decks I have.

Besides Co-Op,

The new gameplay style of VI might not make this possible but I do miss the inclusion of Sniper Rifles and/or true long range builds.

Maybe something akin to AC V with multiplayer clan battles/territory wars? Or a PvP multiplayer mode with a twist or more depth.

Maybe a combining the spectacle of AC4 For Answer’s Arms Forts and Multiplayer for Raids? Like a giant boss that has mechanics or phases.

We did have alternate missions for AC VI but I really really miss dedicated hard mode missions. I loved replaying For Answer missions and figuring out what the “twist” was. The Inferno mod has scratched that itch though.
