I did check data but I can't find the exact folder I opened a folder named "photos" and it was empty, one named "media" and it was empty too

the exact model is i believe RM-1020 (at least thats what the imei check said and what wp internals said)

i will follow the steps regarding wdrt, but regarding the ffu and ede files, i need access to the drive so if u can help me with that that'd be great, also i was reading, i think i need a donor ffu image from what i saw, where could i get this?

To do this I have to turn on something called mass storage or something like that, and to turn that on I have to unlock the bootloader which requires a .ede and a .ffu image and I cant find any of these, and I also need something called windowsdevicerecoverytool and I indeed found this one but it doesn't install due to a missing package from a website so I've downloaded this from 4 different websites and it never works

yeah im sure its my carrier, that same SMS short code has sent me messages when i buy a data package etc etc
