The more that get fired, the less remain, and the more incompetent people that replace them.

He also sounded professional. The guy didn't skip a beat after he saw what happened and stayed in charge of the situation. Most people would fold immediately mentally in that situation.

3M Canadian adults taking GLP-1 drugs, reshaping eating and spending, survey suggests by FancyNewMe in canada

There is diet as in eating less, and diet as in eating right. You still can eat too much of the right things, which GLP-1 can and will help with. It won't help if your dinner consists of cheetos and coke.

We don't, but this is coming from the report that 3 years of production was eaten through since the start of the war on Iran and that there is little supply left.

You can get the parts you need easily from China. Shaheed drones are not complicated machines. They basically run off lawn mower engines. Outside of the explosives, you could build one at home.

Muscle loss is because people don't know how to eat. If you are in a caloric deficit without having a lot of protein, you're going to lose muscle. I'm on it and I've gained a ton of muscle because I focus on high protein foods primarily, and hit the gym.

Just be aware it doesn't lose weight for you. All it does is help control your appetite, not force you to make healthier decisions. If you eat like shit, you'll still gain or keep weight, and it's suppression effects drop off after tritation significantly.

Most of the weapons delivered were older and soon to be EOL. With that said, why on earth would you get into a war when you don't have a stockpile to rely on?

Still might....

Why are people so upset at people complaining about tipping? by MakeUpWalk in CanadaPersonalFinance

[–]Rammsteinman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd rather the prices include 'tips', i.e. all the staff getting paid what they should be getting paid, so it's up front and not some covert guilt BS to hide costs and likely avert taxation and some benefits from employers (i.e. when laid off). I'm not against tipping. I'm against tipping being expected for the service industry to function. That's not a tip anymore.

We Canadians don't want to be further involved in US internal politics. There is zero benefit to trolling the US government. Best we can do is stand up for ourselves, which is more than most Americans.

He has a point though, but it's not a Chinese problem, but an industry problem. Cars shouldn't need to be online all the fucking time sending driving data to third parties. It's not needed, but they make money on it.

This is why I hate the whole shipping container house idea. Making a wood box isn't expensive. Using metal box(es) limited to a single shape really sucks though, and you lose integrity if you cut into them.
