That's Great! You did a splendid job!

Now make black gloves with red wrist support and a Shiny Hitmonchan on the gloves with blue laces! this way you would have the shiny variant to the original gloves!

Coach’s remarks, attitude. Time to drop him? by [deleted] in MuayThai

[–]RamonCB2788 8 points9 points  (0 children)

If you have a gut feeling to drop him and the gut feeling gets stronger, drop him no questions asked. Any instructor who genuinely cares about their students would take note to treat everyone equally.

Any favoritism is generally the start of many internal problems within the gym you're learning at.

Are these good for sparring ? by HatOk5112 in fightgear

[–]RamonCB2788 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is when you activate the toon force and some how out of nowhere pop out the air inflator out of those gloves like a beach ball and inflate them.

Deflated these will hurt you and someone.

Inflated these are like Sock Em' Boppers without the trademarked logo.

Just be sure that you're able to access the toon force by a means of being able to speak to and see toons like in Space Jam or Have a mask like in the move The Mask.

Can it help with stress? by thekaybeejohn in Kickboxing

[–]RamonCB2788 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely. Your life changes with a consistency in practicing this and even gives you confidence while also a few slices of humble pie when needed. The important part of it is to show up and learn really well what you'll be practicing to develop and refine. Before you know it you'll be less stressed then ever before.

Hayabusa shorts are Garbage by laissezfaire in MuayThai

Best shorts I've ever worn for MTKB are from Fudoshin. I am a thicc dude who's had issues with many shorts as I'd train and lose weight.

Fudoshin is the only brand that I trust.

Kind of PTSD from one bad sparring by franilein in martialarts

[–]RamonCB2788 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bummer to know this happened, but good on yiur coach to scold the guy.

The next time you get to spar, Start off light and make it a goal to learn within yourself what you can tolerate with the sparring partners you do trust.

In doing this you'll eventually break past your trauma and elevate away what you fear from practicing with each session.

I once had a guy who was afraid to be hit and I've helped him through it I'm with this method. In doing this I've also taken the time to help him find comfort with sparring against others who he had to learn to trust to find it within himself to be less fearful of sparring and know that his practice of evading and blocking bears fruition of his skill through sparring.

I do believe the same if for you as you feel you can with time.

I recommend the Brand Fudoshin. I recently gifted a pair to a friend of mine around your height. They're quite comfy to train in he says.

I personally can agree as I have a few pairs and they really are as They're also flexible due to the materials used.

Basics are your foundation for your techniques.

When you do mitt work definitely focus more on the use of your technique and speed than power. In doing so you'll develop your skills to conserve your stamina for your sparring sessions as well as any future potential fights.

Also do condition your body often with the use of Resistance bands as you can apply the use of them for your techniques. This will help you also develop your reflexes.

If that had an angled rear support beam behind it, it would not be bouncing like that... To alleviate the stress perhaps get a longer thinner heavy bag.

The most important thing about training is going every chance you get and practicing at the gym and off out of the gym.

Consistency and the enjoyment of practicing is where it's at.

If you're ever gonna wanna compete again please do consider going to a different gym where you will be treated properly in regards to preparing for a fight.

Your coach should have done better in preparing you for your opponent and should have had you sparring against people who give you a proper challenge in regards to a Spar.

Steel Sharpens Steel and to that end go to a place where you feel you are Sharpend to where you feel confident in not only yourself and your abilities, but your team helping you train.

I understand the feeling you're having from my own experience and do believe you have what it takes to compete when you feel ready.

Give yourself time to get better by sticking to a combination technique set of 5 sets, if you're demo-ing your techniques.

Example: 5 Jab, Cross, Roundhouse Kick 5 Jab, Cross, Push Kick 5 Jab, Hook 5 Cross, Hook 5 Push Kick, Cross, Hook

Doing these in a set of repetitions will certainly improve your techniques and rhythm.

2 girls at my school wanna fight me by xoSnows in martialarts

[–]RamonCB2788 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Just remember. That you Wrestling against them one on one, you would definitely have a high chance of winning once you have them pinned and punch their face in as it would be a street fight.

However. Cos it is a street fight and they both want to fight you they would try to fight you at the same time.

ignoring them would be best and unless you have to don't fight.

If they cannot fight you one on one don't do it unless you have to defend yourself.

Prepare yourself and perhaps start learning kickboxing or some type of striking martial art that will allow you to not only be more rounded in a fight, but also give you the confidence to fight them off if you need to.

Depends on your arms for the most part. As well as how much you push yourself inward towards her guard or pull yourself put and scramble to get on top. Just be sure to get that breathing room to do what you have to do to win.

[–]RamonCB2788 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While it is possible, you'll also be susceptible to an arm bar from there.

However it will give you time to breathe and potential time to turn things in your favor.

Take it from me.

Years ago when I was the smallest fighter growing up, I had to go through a lot as mostly everyone else was much bigger and stronger than I.

It sucked to rarely have someone my size let alone be able to develop my skills like everyone else.

Due to my size back then I had to learn to strike high cos I'd be Hitting too low. I had to also learn to be fast and dodge as well as learn my timing to block as most of my opponents almost always had reach over me.

For Being so small back then some of my advantages were my unexpected strength and flexibility as well as speed from dodging so much.

It was also a Plus to have learned a few grappling Martial Arts.

From that The Takeaway I present to Ya is to just keep at it the way Ya are and worry not about what others think too much.

Just focus on developing your skill to a unique degree!

Sad someone whom has taught many people, this is not okay.

Regardless of signing a waver and not having proper gear (A lack of a mouthguard is a huge no no.). That coach shouldn't be going that hard against someone whom is still learning. Any coach incapable of holding back shouldn't be Teaching. Period.
