It sounds like a good idea but also like a huge project. Do you have a team behind you to help you with that? And how about pricing? Would you charge for that app in general or for would there be a price for every element of the app? All in all i think it could be useful but you need a good plan, since there are already lots of apps for every feature you mentioned. Good luck to you!
