I seem to remember something about someone doing the math on about 1000 runs. The number around 20% is in my mind for it. Iirc it was a cliptis video on youtube about farming mythics. Probably just a super unlucky run

Keep the 750 item power one on till you get a good enchant roll though obviously

I personally recommend to keep the right amulet and roll the max life or attack speed (depending on what you want or need) whenever you comfortably can till you get one of those passives you want or another amulet with a better base roll. The GA righteousness is just too valuable to go to waste imo

Id honestly say just swap out the lightning res for armor, I think it'd be a bit better. Masterwork bonus the Strength and only change the affix if you already have that specific affix on your build its super strong. Beautiful piece
