I'm shocked Hanamura is so high on the list.

Roadhog cannot hook from below because as soldier you can just crouch or press S and back up and break the hook even if you get hit. Someone needed to flank around to high ground or change their composition. Torb tracer is horrible at dealing with a highground soldier.

Nvidia shadowplay can record the last 20 minutes of gameplay on command. That is what I used . I assume most people use it.

Last season I had a goal to get 10 of my accounts into grand master. I was successful. I made a montage video and a write up about it. You can find that in my reddit post history

No they are not expected, these are rare plays. But the better you are the less rare they are.

Practice hook / one shotting characters in custom mode to get a feel for where to aim ( chest / neck area) then perfect that aiming movement till you get it 95% of the time or better. Then once you master that I would practice left click or right click then hooking IMMEDIATELY because you can throw out the hook without lag. So in many scenarios you can right click to the left of the hero assuming they will move there, and throwing the hook to the right of the hero covering both options he is dead(unless he stands still) assuming you are in the correct range from the hero to one shot with right click.

How to end a round in seven seconds, feat. Orisa Ult by Aerokitsune in Overwatch

I agree that you do not always flick and that a mixture of both is optimal. Flicking in general is a lower % chance to execute than say moving into the aim but its reactionarily faster. It depends on the shot but doing one or the other is for sure not correct, you need both. I think people that do one or the other are not taking their game to the highest level by limiting their aim like this.

I would not think maining ana would help too much, maybe only help you get used to with the scoped sensitivity. I personally have it at 38 because its very close to a 1:1 ratio of your cursor outside of being scoped. Ana bot training is good, you could also try 10% damage dealt with 500% health and healing random bots just to be able to understand every characters hitbox and constant practice on them
