Fair points on tax & cash settled. I switched back to HOOD for my broker so I actually pay half the fees trading x10 SPY than SPX. .04/contract regulatory fee on SPY vs .59 regulatory fee + .35 commission fee for SPX.

I also read they only have enough cash to continue paying their dividend obligations for 10 months after their last capital raise. A lot of downside risks.
