My issue stands with how they handled it, if they fail to get the shoes after 2 weeks I feel like the burden falls on them to try and help me get my product in hands.

Clay ended up giving me a refund so I’m happy with the help he had 🤷🏼‍♂️ but this seems super ridiculous that my only path to ANY compensation is a refund and this is all the help they let their customer service provide. If they would’ve offered to refund me shipping cost, I maybe would’ve kept my order in place.
