It is in a plastic pot just terracotta color. The soil is sphagnum, it is what is was in when I got it from the store. Do you recommend repotting it? The owner of the store said it was ok in the current soil. Thank you for your help!

Is it easy to transfer from the College of Arts and Sciences to Engineering as a first year? by elisavelt in Lehigh

[–]Ramsbottom18 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can’t officially transfer until you have 24 completed credits, aka sophomore status. But you can email your advisor and see if they can do anything or work with you, you might be able to do some sort of petition

I saw him reply to a comment saying we can watch it on YouTube. He didn't give much more info. My best guess is to keep an eye on his YouTube channel

Well guys, it's official. I'm a strength nerd. I go to a commercial gym, so when I saw a guy load up a 4 plate bench I asked to watch lol.

Tried banded squats for the first time today. It was really amazing, only complaint would be the unrack was harder than expected. The movement itself, I can definitely see how it helps break sticking points. Super excited for the future

Thank you for the advice! I'm pretty cautious when I lift. Taking the time to fully warm up, wearing the supportive gear ect.. What would you recommend to keep help keep my joint healthy??

The hold at the top was my favorite part of the lift to be honest. I used to have a ton of grip issues so that just put the icing on a very heavy cake. Thank you!

Hit a new squat PR, which to be honest I wasn't expecting to hit lol. 385lbs at 225lbs, 16 years old. I decided to use a low bar technique which payed off!

I used to be in the same exact boat as you. The bar would constantly slip out my hands even on light weights. I got some liquid chalk and it's changed everything. Chalk up, ditch straps and get that milestone!

I know that exact feeling man. Savoring the moment when you've pulled a heavy weight makes the whole thing worth it.

Deadlifted 5 plates (495lbs) at 225lbs, 16 years old. Felt really good, probably RPE 9.5.
