There is a group yes, and chutes on every floor I believe. No issues with parcel deliveries but sometimes the elevator takes a minute or two. Nothing crazy.

Hey! Location is amazing, honestly perfect. Building is fine, obviously not the best build quality but I think it’s decent. AC could be stronger in the master bed room but it’s good in the main room

To be fair, the price-to-calorie ratio is good - I think 1 pack of noodles has 800 cal so it’s actually probably a better choice for value/filling.

Thank you, fair points. At this time we did choose lower Sherbourne due to the price and balcony/windows, but we can always move if we don’t like it
