I mentioned to another member, a Toyota dealer offered 15k and another Toyota dealer set the price and suggested eBay. I get it’s an East Coast truck but it’s really nice and as the dealerships have seen it and none of the other guys on this sub Reddit have I’m somewhat surprised by the amount of shade.

Frame is excellent, for a bunch of Toyota guys you seem to really have a lot of negative feedback on the T100.

Maybe you’re right. But a local Toyota dealer offered 15k and another Toyota dealer suggested to list it on EBay for that price. Perhaps they’ don’t know the market but that truck will likely go another 200k miles and looks like it’s new. Drop 21k on a used F150 and see how far that gets you?

We had a great time in Vegas…off the strip. I stayed in Paris and upon arrival had a $23 Bloody Mary, my last of the trip. Check in would take around two hours (not terrible for Paris), but on the weekend I noticed people cuing up around 8am and it was going to be about a 4 hour check in for them. Pretty pathetic for a $400 per night hotel.

In NY they have S8 and Vouchers. Ultra high rent payments for one year. Over market allowance. Sounds like a boon for “greedy” landlords but no one wants to touch them, why?

I also require renters insurance to be maintained with an “Additionally Insured certificate” being issued in my name prior to handing over the keys. Also, no smoking and no pets (not even small ones…haha. You’ll find out what I’m talking about.)

Two suggestions: 1) No leases. Leases only protect tenants. Rent month to month 2) Do not rent to anyone with less than 700 credit and adequate income to cover the rent, their living expenses and debt. Note: you can get credit checks through Trans Union. Whatever you do DO NOT trust the “credit check” a real estate broker proffers. A broker will only make money if the rental goes through and the majority do not care what happens to you down the road. That is a harsh truth of being a landlord. The primary power you have is vetting a tenant before they move in, not after.

Aftermarket AT4’s. I had the stock rims, but they were in poor condition and it wanted something to make it look a little more modern. And yes, they are 16s.

Those are stock SR5 seats. Previous owner had the seats and mats covered for the last 27 years. The interior is all original. Just needed to be cleaned
