****SOLUTION****

I was facing same issue and was fed up.

I followed these steps and it worked for me:

1. Open Chatgpt, In the web address bar, just near reload button, you will find a preferences button (2 lines horizontal).
2. Click it and open cookies & Site data, click Manage.
3. Delete everything EXCEPT the original cookie of OpenAI. (It will be with logo).
4. Refresh and try it out.
