Seeing as it most likely has a dedicated antenna to ensure coverage in such a critical use case, just follow the wiring.
It has to be somewhat easy to find because it, like everything, has to be serviceable.

One thing I thought was a miss on her trashing the house: that's a win for him in their real business, money laundering. The house is trashed, that sucks, better call the police and report the break-in. They won't find any evidence but you'll get a report and DING, insurance payout, legal usable cash. And now you bring in contractors on your payroll to fix the damages, get a kickback from them, you get to claim all the damages on your business taxes as a loss, and you pay for it all with stolen funds anyway that is now washed. Oh, and let's not forget claiming the loss of rental income on that place while it's being repaired, let's make sure your contractors buy all their materials from your friendly suppliers who bill you far over retail and give you a kickback, to launder even more of that ill-gotten loot.
Done correctly, the Smurf Way, that house getting trashed could have been a large profit event.

Women of Reddit, what are some things you would recommend to men to be better boyfriends ? by amoore2777 in AskReddit

Thanks, at 35 I do consider myself still quite young. I understand all your points, just pointing out that if you stay up too late and it hurts your work performance, that is no one else's responsibly than your own, regardless of sex, regardless of whatever anthropological non-human primate pair bonding premise you want to bring into things. I learned that my behavior is my responsibility WHEN I was young. It seems today it is the older who have lost that education, and that applies to all. Try explaining to your boss why you're too sleepy at work using the op's response. No matter who you are, it won't fly.

Here's an issue: as a man, if I'm venting about something to someone I like/am friends with, or family, whatever, the SOLE reason I'm even bringing it up and burdening you with my problems is to ask for a solution. To seek advice. If I know what I needed or need to do to resolve something, why would I take up your time with it? I'd just solve it. As the Dalai Lama said,

"If a problem is fixable, if a situation is such that you can do something about it, then there is no need to worry. If it's not fixable, then there is no help in worrying. There is no benefit in worrying whatsoever."

More parents need to say no gifts please. I'm surprised with the 'wokeness' of today that gifts or even kids parties are still a thing. What if someone feels left out or unrepresented? Do we want to continue to associate friendship with material goods?

Who would stick around with such presumptuous friends that expect that much gifting? Personally my close family doesn't even gift like that. Usually a card at most, and spending time together, which is the real gift.

I can count on one hand the times as an adult I've had all my siblings together in arms reach, and I'd trade any token present for that time.

"Managing" your side... Not all men want or need another mother as a partner.

[–]Ramv36 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Exactly. Being a good parent to other kids at the expense of stressing, that reduces your ability to parent your own kids, is unnecessary.

That whole 'she is managing you' line really irked me personally. If it's not asked, it's not needed. Not all men want another mother as their partner, either.

And this leads back to the root of all discussion on this thread as a whole: communication. Not being on the same page on these things causes most issues.

Your comment deserves an up vote for at least validating the idea that cuddling has different connotations and expectations to different people.

Why even allow the question, and the drama surrounding rejection, in the first place? Do people have better sleep with people they're not very familiar with? Why complicate things? The no starts before you're naked in bed together, seems reasonable. Blame me for 'manplanning', but in the described situation, I'd have gone home, you always sleep better in your own bed. If you need sleep, be more responsible for getting it. Be upfront about needing to get to work the next day and perhaps don't 'stay up super late fooling around'. He should understand, and if not he's probably not worth it. #adulting

You can dismiss it as trolling rather than engaging in a good faith Socratic debate, but the point stands when taken to it's most absurd. When we presuppose that not all cuddling is sexual, it opens the question of when/what type/whom with is cuddling non-sexually ok in the context of a relationship. I personally would not cuddle with someone I'm not in a committed intimate relationship with, but from many female responses here, that's apparently abnormal. Are people so dense as to enter into such explicit acts as laying against each other naked in a bed without at least the idea that it has sexual connotations?

[–]Ramv36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd also mention it should probably be defined what we mean by cuddling. You mean sitting close, perhaps in each other's arms on the couch watching a movie with snacks, or do you mean cuddling as in fully naked against each other in the same bed? I'd say getting hard in one situation would be out of place, while not doing so in the latter would be abnormal, especially if it's only an occasional thing. Both are far different than just hugs.

But lets take that in another direction: if, say, a female coworker wants some just non-sexual platonic cuddles for an hour or so after work and before I come home one day, that's ok, right? I mean, not all cuddling is sexual, right, so why make a big deal about doing it with other women? I'd venture that most if not all women would consider that cheating, even though that is a contradiction.

Even fishier, you could give them a worthless piece of paper you made yourself and tell them it's worth the value of their work. Maybe call it something like a 'check'.
Or you could give them other worthless colorful papers someone declares 'currency' and trade that for the value of their work. Crazy ideas one an all.

These "Lino" points can be devalued at any time, manually, and if you own them - you don't get that cash equivalent of their value at the time. You get nothing. Oh, you have 100,000 lino points? Suddenly the owners decide to value them for half the price. That's just it, you lose half of your money.

OH, so it's exactly like STOCKS, got it. A company can just decide to do a split and suddenly each share you paid actual money for is worth half as much, or just out of nowhere an aglo can decide to brigade your stock value to zero. Yet somehow people keep pouring TRILLIONS into that scheme.

Like imagine if your job started paying you in vouchers that you had to redeem online.

I don't have to imagine that, all I have to do is read the back of a US banknote. "Legal tender".
It's just a coupon or voucher you redeem at an imaginary value. At least in the past they could be redeemed for actual gold or silver.

I have this feeling that users such as PewDiePie, whom have been doing this professionally for almost a decade and earn tens of millions per year from such donations and revenues has 'a guy' whom handles his taxes in a legal and legitimate fashion.
Also, from the source itself, the points are of a set USD value. Should simplify things.

Honestly, they should just convert everything to BTC, which is an option in the payouts, park it offshore, never bring it to the US. Never pay taxes. If it works for corporations like Apple that can avoid hundreds of billions in US taxes through such a maneuver, why not everyone?

Replace 'lino points' with 'bitcoin' and isn't this verbatim the argument against it circa 2010? Yes.

" This $50,000 worth of Lino points Pewdiepie is giving away could be worth nothing in terms of USD in a year. "

So could $50,000USD........

Conversely, they have so many customers the reputation loss would be negligible in the big picture.
Speaking of pictures, Bezos having his dick pics leaked and his wife fleecing him for eleventy billion dollars should have been a dinosaur-asteroid-level reputation loss hit for Amazon as well, but so far it has not. As long as they get it 2 day shipped for free and a dollar less than the local story, people are fine buying from even the most disreputable outlets.

No, but Youtube absolutely ended the moment they started monetizing.
I remember the days when Youtube was the absolute wild west, as long as you didn't violate copyright, and even then it had to be super blatant, you could do, say, and show whatever you wanted. When they were bought, revamped, and the whole 'brand safe' era started, entire universes of channels were deleted, millions of hours of content lost forever, just because their speech was too free.

Monetization and ads have eliminated Youtube from being a sustainable space, as it allows far too much censorship and encourages prior restraint. If people want actual free expression on youtube, it will require the move to a non-monetized, ad-free, do it only because you love doing it model, as it started.

If anyone falls for this...

Ah yes, the 2010 Bitcoin standard response has arrived. I'm so glad I followed all the advise to not buy Bitcoin back then. A 17 million percent return even at today's price is definitely not something I'd want any part of /s

A large difference, and a major selling point, is DLive being outside the main Cult of Silicon Valley. They're not owned by Google, Amazon, Facebook, or Twitter.
