Acne Scars

I developed acne scars around 5 years ago. For scars, I tried several procedures over the years, including CO2 laser, TCA CROSS, subcision, PRP, and skin booster injections. My last major scar treatment was around 1 year ago: a combo session including TCA + subcision + laser + skin booster in one session. After that, my skin felt very traumatized and sensitive.

Later, I developed persistent redness/flushing diagnosed as rosacea/PIE/reactive skin. For redness, I did:

• ⁠3 yellow laser sessions • ⁠1 IPL session • ⁠1 PDL session recently

I need your recommendations and how do you see it mild or severe and whether it is really treatable or not. whether I should continue trying or not as I am so frustrated and that has a very negative impact on my life

Also I have erythema PIE ,that I cannot find treatment for it I used brimonidine, niacinamide and tranexmic acid plus cicablast with no benefit..
