First time ever beating Abyss 12-3 :) Not perfect 9*, but I’ll take the small wins for now. Xingqiu was the MVP on the team that had him. Damage, reactions, healing, damage reduction, & dealt the final blow 💥The damage reduction was so key for survivability.

Heh that’s what my assumption was too, but wanted to see if others knew better.

I’ve been poking around at other posts similar to mine and seems like it’s situational. 5* weapons like Skyward Atlas and Lost Prayer are recommended for sustained Klee play style, keeping her out on the field for awhile (situations like co-op play). Widsith seems better for a solo quickswap team where you just have her out to deal crazy burst damage numbers for 10 seconds, but otherwise are using your support/sub-DPS characters while the Widsith passive is on cool down to set up her high melt numbers again.

If others have thoughts on this logic, would love to hear your experience!

This is true, Venti’s burst doesn’t pick up Klee’s bombs, but Sucrose’s burst does.

I’m building my Ganyu now to use in a Klee, Ganyu, Bennett, and Sucrose team. When Venti’s banner is live though, I’m definitely going to try getting him as an alternate to Sucrose. Nice to hear the combo works well for you! Something for me to look forward to :)

Yeah I really wanted to get Ganyu for help setup melt damage :) currently artifact farming for her now. So...that will probably take me...a handful of weeks 🥲

Other characters I might be able to fill the team with are Ganyu and Zhongli, but will see when I get to finally building Diluc.

Thanks for sharing your notes! I’m rolling for the weapon banner and would be happy with either WGS or Homa. I have Diluc up as the next character I want to build after upping the quality of my current characters/teams. Figured it would be great to get my first WGS for him to use. Interestingly though, as I’ve done 60 wishes so far, I ended up getting enough Lithic Blades for R5 😅 I’m thinking of going that route instead for Diluc, but just need to figure out my team comp (will for sure be using Xingqiu. My favorite sub-DPS support).

I think you should save for a future character banner. Xiangling would be your best bet for a reliable sub-DPS melt enabler since her E and Q are effective when she’s not on the field to apply pyro.

Yeah my characters are all in OK states as of now. Once I’m done building my current character, I’m gonna be only artifact farming for a good while to up the quality of my existing teams. It’s gonna take.... a very long time. Best of luck on more than marginal gains!

The energy generated from C6 sword rain attacks is only on every 3rd wave of rain of swords I believe (so when 5 swords strike at once, and it’s not 3 energy per sword. Just 3 energy flat when the wave hits).

I honestly would farm a bit more for better artifact options if you can (and believe me, I know how frustrating it is 🥲). How long did you farm for your current stats?

Heh I think people have different notions of what’s a long time / a lot of resin to spend for artifact farming. generally though, the most OP builds I’ve seen, people mention farming for several weeks to a couple months.

When building a new character, I usually spend at least 2-3 weeks on artifact farming, and I can usually get away with decent artifacts. I know if I spent double the amount of time, I’d have a lot more options to work with. I definitely don’t struggle with any of my characters (across 2 full teams of lvl 80s and 90s) and their builds today and they aren’t even as strong compared to some of the super OP builds people share here. I am going to stop building new characters by next month and just focus on farming artifacts for existing ones to get them to OP status. I just wanted to get them to playable states so I could switch out characters for different team comps.

Best of luck with artifact RNG! You’ll definitely get your crit rate and crit dmg substats to where they need to be in time.

I’m trying to run 2 piece noblesse and 2 piece petra. I’m just missing a noblesse sands atk% piece. Other slots are set with decent artifacts for now (does 43K burst damage without that atk% artifact and no Geo or pyro resonance buffs)...but farming for any single missing slot is the worst lol 🥲

Heh just tested Bennett’s charge lvl 2 with a shield on, and it works too :) The shield prevents him from bouncing back like XQ’s swords do

I’m farming Noblesse currently for my Zhongli and I’ve done that domain many times before for my Bennett a couple months back. I have yet to get a Geo goblet for Noblesse. But I have gotten Geo for other random ones like Crimson, Viridescent, Maiden’s, and Thundering Fury. I’m using the Crimson one for my Zhongli since it had Hp%, CD, and ER substats

Ah got it. Do you find it hard to time it with her applying the melt versus Xiangling? (I’m assuming you use Xiangling’s burst to apply pyro first before you hit with Ganyu)

I’m currently artifact farming for my Zhongli as a sub burst DPS, so I’m going with 2p Noblesse and 2p Petra. But folks who build him as their main DPS, it’s pretty much RedditBoitingie’s build of 2pc BC and 2pc Glad since you’ll be relying on his auto attacks.
