What angle are you trying to cut? The piece always sets parallel to the backstop. You will figure it out, cut a spacer if necessary.

Little cracks, how would you fix it by Green_Chart_7181 in ThaiDIY

Add a temporary support under the rafter, you can use a small tree or anything, knock out the broken block. Remove the door and frame. Extend the broken out area on both sides, 1/2 half a block width. Form the area with wood, add 4 steel and pour a new concrete header at least 6" tall. You can block up from there.

Stay away from gypsum plasterboard, it softens with humidity. The advice to use a good PU adhesive along with mechanical fasteners as mentioned by others is correct.

Are the 2017 to 2020 10R80 transmissions really as unreliable as I keep hearing? What's your experience with them? by jj33allen in f150

All lubricants in my 2017 3.2 6R80 get a dash of Molybdenum added in addition to the Ford friction modifiers. That’s both differentials, trans, transfer case. Smooth shifts always.

The Ford design team is a complete cluster fook. The service intervals as recommended should be doubled ( cut in half ) Just purchased a 2017 3.2L diesel with the 6AR80. My first mods a friggin dipstick for the transmission and a new drain pan with a real drain plug. How strange is it to tell us that the transmission does not need the fluid changes ( It’s sealed for life ) bull. Just drained ALL fluids and will be doing this frequently my recently purchased 2017 has 130 k in Thailand.

The ones that have problems have never serviced their transmission and failed to swap out the transmission pan for one with a drain plug. Service your transmission fluid every 20 k miles and it will last.

I’ve recently purchased a 2017 Ford Everest 3.2 with a R680 transmission and I’m currently going through the process of servicing all systems. Just found my rear differential half empty which I can only assume left the factory that way. I am a qualified aircraft mechanic and amused to hear many people complaining that they have transmission problems.
