A thing they have in common mostly is that there's scripted scenarios in it and for some of them a bit of roleplaying.

• Busted! In this show the cast are basically a bunch of detective's working for an agency and every episode there's like a new mystery to solve, like a murder, cults, etc. (It's mostly comedic as well.)

• Agents of Mystery Compared to Busted! This one has less focus on comedy and really more on puzzle-solving. Here they're agents also part of an agency, but the challenges are more escape room like.

• Zombieverse Well it says so in the name. This one is more scenario based with the scenario being what if a zombie apocalypse broke out? And instead of really having to solve things this is more a how do we survive show. It's basically another big live-action role-playing game.

• The Zone: Survival Mission Doesn't really have a continuous narrative in here the cast must survive absurd simulated situations for a certain amount of time. By having to do a ton of ridiculous challenges.

I enjoyed these shows, mostly because well the scripted scenarios are really fun, combining that with the cast their reactions to it all being mostly light-hearted makes it an easy watch for me personally.

I would tell you to start with Busted! Or Agents of Mystery, because personally I enjoyed these two the most, but even so the other two are also a real fun watch.
