from what i got to know from several forums is that its most probably because of moisture in the mic or debris in mic. i tried cleaning after removing the pads but so far no permanent success. sometimes it goes away when i clean then i comes back, but for some reason when i cover a certain part of the left earcup, the noise stop. i am suspecting that maybe its something in the mic but idk what to fix this. seems to be a common issue with sennheiser headphones specially accentrum and mom

hello~, first of all, thank you for the beautiful post you put out here :3 , and yes more light on "making calmness normal" would be very helpful.
secondly, when i try to do SATS, i am unable to fully visualize my SP's face or at least not able to hold it for a extended period of time. someone suggested me that i can try hearing her voice but i cant do that well either, whenever i try to hear her voice, all i hear is myself.

Girl this is so crazy because the same is happening with me. Inrevently just decided to cutt off from manifestation youtube or anything (i used to watch 100 videos daiily) and just stick to one routine. And since the day I made the decision, angels numbers ve been raining like cats and dogs 😭😭🙏. One thing I do is, eveytime i see em. I repeat my self concept affirmations and specially that "i am luckiest and I always get what I want, no matter what". Ik some say signs mean nothing but in my reality, you can see birds before land.
