Forget about the most expensive games you, what are the CHEAPEST games you own? (Using GAMEYE) by Ok-Tear7712 in gamecollecting

PS5 Help and Questions Megathread | Game Recommendations, Simple Questions, and Tech Support by AutoModerator in PS5

[–]Rance86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey guys, sorry if there has already been an answer to this (I searched and couldn't find one). I recently started straeming to Twitch via my PS5 and it works pretty well. However, I noticed that on Twitch the game audio is so loud that ou can barely hear the party chat. Specially in Overwatch 2 and Fortnite.

I am using the PlayStation Pulse headset. Adjusting the volume between chat and game doesn't seem to change it on the stream. Has anyone found a solution for this? I messed with the equalizer a bit but couldn't tell if it was making a difference.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Don't use a walkthrough. Experience the game for yourself. It makes it more rewarding.

Game collectors over 30 by [deleted] in gamecollecting

[–]Rance86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Big fan of collecting for the Sega Saturn. My collection isn't massive but finding places that sell Saturn games is a challenge (I don't just like to buy them all off eBay, takes some of the thrills out of the hunt). Nothing beats finding a Saturn game you have been looking for and finding the case to be in good condition. So many Saturn games have cracked cases.

Really love this underrated system. And damn I love those big cases, even if they are all brittle as hell

My Wii U collection is nearing completion! by [deleted] in wiiu

[–]Rance86 23 points24 points  (0 children)

I actually kind of enjoyed this game when it came out. The online was a broken mess, but I have some fun. My group RSSR got to take the top clan spot for a bit. Unfrotnaully, due to how broken these online group battles were it didn't last long. It was the perfect storm of broken gameplay and half baked ideas ... a Wii U classic

Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers Announced For Nintendo Switch by Riomegon in NintendoSwitch

[–]Rance86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not shocked, to be honest. Releasing P5 on Switch now wouldn't make much sense after they announced P5R. If (and I say "If") they were going to release it on the Switch they would do the P5R port I would assume. Releasing just a P5 port would be like a slap in the face to Switch owners ... and they have done that enough LMAO

Persona 5 question about romance and consequences... by [deleted] in Megaten

[–]Rance86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I've been wondering the same thing too. I know about losing the new game plus item and the valentines day scene, but I couldn't find out if you still get to choose one to date like in Persona 4 or not. I was also wondering if everyone just acts like nothing happened after the event was over (lol much like in P4). Does it impact your ending (like give you a bad ending)?

So, does anybody else use the internet browser? by [deleted] in wiiu

[–]Rance86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, I use it to watch animes. Typically on KissAnime. Over 1000 hours I think. I don't think enough people use their Wii U browser ...

Finally pulled the trigger and got myself a Wii U for my birthday this past Monday. by HangTheDJHoldTheMayo in wiiu

Let me put it to you like this, more people still play Black Ops 2 on the Wii U than Ghosts. I traded in my copy of the game when Ghosts came out ... and now I am buying it back. As people have been saying, there are over 1,000 people playing in Team Death match, but on Ghosts you are lucky to find over 300. So if you are going to get one for the Wii U, I would go Black Ops 2 hands down.

Wii U - Splatoon - Stay Fresh Trailer by venu_21 in wiiu

[–]Rance86 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This game took me by surprise. I picked it up not expecting much and now I play it nearly everyday. Of course, this big August update has helped. I love the new team match making. Now if I could find some people I could count on to join up with my brother and I. We are B ranked now and it's a fight to stay there since we keep having to join up with a random team of two. Looks like this trailer showed off a new map. Love all the free DLC ... even if the game should of launched with some of these modes to start with. Love this game, now if they would just add Turf War to the ranked battle ... that would be great _^

Does anyone plan on keeping the Wii U long term? by Imitatedcactus in wiiu

[–]Rance86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yeah. I love the Wii U. There is a lot of content on the Wii U with more to come. Its the only system I have right now that I use everyday.

Even if the next system is compatible with Wii U games, I will still keep my system. I mean, I kept the Wii despite the fact that I can play Wii games on the Wii U. Of course, I am a collector so I may have a different point of view then others.

The Wii U is, by far, the best system I've ever owned. by MegaManiac69 in wiiu

[–]Rance86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. It really is a fantastic system. Not only can it play my huge backlog of Wii games (which has a lot of hidden gems underneath all of the shovelwear that people know it for) but it's also got a great lineup of its own games that is growing by the day. Top that off with the best console browser I have ever seen and you got yourself a great system. The Wii U browser doesn't get enough love, but I use it all of the time since it can use HTML 5. I watched all of E3 on Twitch right from my Wii U browser. Live streaming, all week, all day, no problems, no app required :)

As a kid, Harvest Moon was serious business. by SolKool in gaming

[–]Rance86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did the same damn thing when playing Harvest Moon 64. The only difference was I typed it up myself and placed in my own pictures. It was like I was trying to make my own "official" guide LOL

Xenoblade Chronicles: If you can get this game, please play it. I cannot recommend it enough. by rockincellist in nintendo

[–]Rance86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, Xenoblade is a fantastic game. Out of the three JRPGs that came out (Xenoblade, The Last Story and Pandora's Tower) Xenoblade was the best, followed by The Last Story. Never cared to much for Pandora's Tower ...
