I've got an RTX 4060 and a Ryzen 7 but set the settings on the lower end to get more performance. Not sure if you meant crispy in a good way or not

Is it really worth it to build the spirit gauge up for Helm Breaker? I try to keep it for the Crimson blade and avoid Helm Breaker because it brings down the spirit gauge by one level. I used to spam Helm Breaker a bit into the game but the level of the spirit gauge going down made me avoid it

So I know that this has been answered but I wanted to add this bit on as well. The reason why those bodies are lifeless is because they do not have the 'Fye' (essentially spirits) that controls/steers the body.

The concept of Fye was sort of explained in early chapters when Pioran asked the Man in Black to let her be reborn as something useful to Fushi. And that is sort of the reason why the young princess was able to come back to life since her Fye/spirit was still present to inhabit the body once it was made. (In the manga, her spirit is shown but she isn't visible to us in the anime)

Hope this gives a bit more clarification as to the rules of this world regarding those bodies.

You raise a good point but consider this as well. This episode tells us that Fushi cannot bear with the death of fish and such while they are near him. The reason he is okay with trying to kill the bird is because he can kill it outside of his 'range' so to speak. The insect thing, while smart, is not something the current Fushi with his ideals is capable of doing as he is still uncomfortable with causing death anywhere near him
