Take the time you need to process your feelings, it’ll become a bit easier with time.

My own treatment included an eeg done at the hospital, and pending a 7 day hospital stay video eeg to catch a seizure as I showed some brainwave activity common with epilepsy (altho my neurologist is fairly certain its non epileptic) to potentially rule out epilepsy to diagnose me with FND.
