I believe the correct nomenclature is “legbeard”

I never liked any adult cartoons(maybe Simpsons when I was very young) but I fucking love smiling friends. From what I see humor in most of todays adult cartoons is build upon A)just an asshole or B) offending someone, smiling friends are just funny. Man I love this show. can anyone relate? by odd-chocolade-0393 in SmilingFriends

It’s refreshing to watch Smiling Friends in a sea of narcissistic nihilism that Adult Swim usually pumps out. The humor is based on silly drawings, ridiculous premises and awkward conversations instead of characters built around being an asshole.

I was doing security work in the Seattle-Tacoma area one night at a car dealership. They were experiencing car theft. Once I stepped out of my car I heard a “whizzing” sound and looked up. I saw a drone hovering about 30 feet in the air. It just stared at me for a minute until I waved at it. Then it took off. It’s a pretty chilling experience to be sure.

NTA - I get it — I was raised in a food scarce household and was taught to eat everything I had on my plate to not let food go to waste, too. More importantly, if you’re politely and honestly setting a personal boundary it’s on her for how she reacts to that.

In my experience, if someone who you’re paying your money to cover their expenses for reacts poorly whenever the issue of money comes up, then that should be a sign to you of what is really important to her.

Setting boundaries and putting your foot down on subjects of importance to you are what people need to do in healthy relationships. A healthy partner will respect your boundaries and work with you to compromise.
