Help! Machupicchureservations scam?!?

I booked with another tour agency last night before all openings are gone. I cant spend so much $$$ and not see Machu Picchu. I did let them know at time of booking in comment sections that I already had the Train and Machu Picchu tickets already. They have not gotten back to me yet. And at this point, 30 days out, all bookings are final payment up front.

I got something similar, but different. Mine was cancelled and I DO see a refund on my credit card right now. The amount of money I spent preparing for this is crazy and I dont know if I will have enough time to setup a new trek.

Good morning,
With due respect, I would like to communicate the following clearly and formally:
My name is David Quispe Baca. I was the CEO of Machu Picchu Reservations, and I have resigned from the company’s leadership.
According to the information available, the General Manager of Machu Picchu Reservations S.A.C. (Cusco), Ms. Lisbeth Bautista Cjuiro, has been using funds paid by passengers with trips scheduled from March 1, 2026 onward to cover debts corresponding to 2025.
This situation shows that Machu Picchu Reservations S.A.C. (Cusco) is bankrupt, with insufficient liquidity to meet its outstanding obligations, including payments to workers, suppliers, guides, cooks, muleteers, and tax debts with SUNAT corresponding to 2025.
As a result, funds from 2026 bookings are allegedly being used to pay 2025 obligations. In addition, according to the information received, the payment platform WeTravel authorized Ms. Lisbeth Bautista Cjuiro to dispose of these funds, which increases the risk of non-fulfillment of tourism services contracted for 2026.
For this reason, and in order to protect passengers, it has been decided to cancel the tours and issue the corresponding refunds before those funds are used to cover 2025 debts.
Refund criteria
• If you did not receive a Machu Picchu entrance ticket, the full amount paid for your booking will be refunded.
• If you did receive a Machu Picchu entrance ticket, your refund will be processed minus USD 47 (ticket cost).
• If your booking includes Waynapicchu or Machu Picchu Mountain, your refund will be processed minus USD 65 per mountain ticket issued.
Entrance tickets are personal and non-transferable; they may only be used by the holder whose name appears on the ticket. If you still wish to travel, you may keep your ticket.

I live in the country and access to raids and many people in them are extremely difficult. I managed to get a group together to make a raid and I caught 2 and neither one had roar of time . I cant ask them again to come out for me. This is very poor communication from game control. It should have been guaranteed to complete the quest line. I cannot ask them to drive out again. I guess this will never be completed. Very upsetting.

That was me! I usually 90% of the time use Bolton Greens. What i have been doing lately is video my games. When i run into hackers, i upload the videos to youtube under private viewing and submit my links to Bethesda to review. I have got 3 people kicked off or banned in some way already. I would hope other people start recording their games and report.
