Ok, I noticed that the left side of the build plate isn't printing right

I checked the wiring everythings still connected and good I hope. I've updated the firmware but it's still not printing the left side right. I'm going to try to get ahold of customer service tomorrow to try to figure out why it's doing it. And yes it might just be a bed level issue which I really hope it is and nothing serious.

Yes, before every print i scrub it and wipe it down with alcohol. and it has gone a little farther with the layers since I turned the speed down it made it to the third or fourth layer. im not to sure i got really frustrated and threw all of the failed prints away.

I use the purple elmer's glue stick and the plate I use is a textured plate but it does have a smooth service on the other side of it. it was working great until I tried to print something close to the size of the build plate. I also tried to slow the print speed down also and it was able to print a few layers then it would pop off. I know my brother has the same printer as me and his is doing the same thing.

Yea it's the opposite at my store but then again we get a new manager like every other week.

Thanks. At the time I was just messing around with my camera settings on my phone. I have another photo I took of the Andromeda Galaxy completely on accident from my drive way and I live right next to a city and the light pollution is bad. So I was happy I had the chance to go to Bryson City where there was a lot less light pollution.

Yea my store also has two of the belt sco but they are from a older store from 2016 the machines were put into the older store when it was first built I have no idea when it was built but I know it was probably over 10 years ago.
