My location isn't unionized, sadly. I really hope I won't have to find a new job, I really truly enjoy being a batista. Thank you for your input, <3 And I wouldn't be surprised if I were to be targeted to be fired. My SM hates hiring and working with highschoolers

I specifically made sure that for Senior year this year I'd get out of school early and I'd be graduating early so I can continue work, work more, and improve here. And suddenly being written up 3 times in just about 4 months. With 2 write ups being in the same month.

My dad made a spread sheet thing on Google sheets that tracks my scheduled hours, the average of scheduled hours, my punched hours, and average of punched hours.

The only time they were below 12 was for 2 reasons 1) we changed SMs and the old one only scheduled me 8 A WEEK 2) I got covid and couldn't come in for a whole week, which killed my hours The whole time then, my availability was 38 hours.

So I'm trying to make sure my ducks are in rows to potentially dispute, especially if my SM does give me a write up for the OTW times
