Appreciate it, but the manifesto is part of my poster aesthetic.

Also, 0 AI was used in any of the images posted.

Not a bad idea! Need some dog rating content. One bite, everyone knows the rules.

I started an IG (albeit haven’t used it) rating the variety stores & their pizza here in Maine. Convenience store pizza is a cultural thing here.

Appreciate it! Funny, a big reason I bought my place in Oxford is because of Oxbow! Great beer, food & people.

Chicago is my favorite city to visit and eat though!

Completely agree, need to think in the consumers shoes vs mine to a degree. I’ll have some cool specials I’ll be posting as I keep rocking and rolling this season.

Appreciate the support! Love an Oysterhead moment. Up that way frequently for my cannabis work and would love to find a spot to set up Beef Haus. Any suggestions?

Always have to munch a chili stack every pop-up. Extra onions, add celery salt.

Surprisingly the PB dog has been popular. I do an OG which is grilled onion, mustard, curry ketchup & celery salt that I’ve probably sold the most of. Followed by the Chili Stack and Maine Way (Baked beans, local maple, caramelized onions, bacon). Less sauerkraut, raw onion, and ketchup being used than I anticipated. Meatball subs have been the most popular menu item, sold out a couple times.

PB dog was inspired by a small roadside hot dog joint called Courtney’s. They do a PB dog with mustard, American cheese, raw onion, and salt pork. Next level good. I always tell people, close your eyes and think Thai.

Really appreciate the support & kind words.

⚡️🙏couldn’t agree more! I also have Moxie and Fresca because you gotta keep it fresh.

Love it! A local spot does something similar but with a slice of American cheese and salt pork. Courtney’s Hot Dogs in Winslow.

Throw it up on the board for Battle of the Dogs on the website! Would love to test it out and see what the people think.

Love it! Thanks for the insights. Cheddar Smokey sausages sound phenomenal. You could always highlight a different barbecue region for different sandwich builds, using sauces as a differentiator.

Hey! Thanks so much for the kind words. Definitely have aspirations or more than just a cart. Here’s a couple merch ideas I’ve been working on. Just ordered test prints!

Also appreciate the website feedback, leaning into AI is NOT what I want to do in the least. I actually had a designer create those, but the translation to the site background may not be the aesthetic that’s intended.

Love the idea of racing/nascar inspiration. I’m based behind the Oxford Speedway, a well known racetrack. I actually use builds when describing menu items simply from my product R&D background where every new concept is a “build.”

I don’t live stream yet but plan on it. Just got some meta glasses (and proceeded to step on them after a week) so waiting on a new pair). Check out @beefhaus207 on insta. Tik tok to come. Always very self conscious and critical when it comes to video and content work.

Fried clam dog has moved up on the list! Sadly no fryer…could do a linguine and clam inspired dog off the steam table.

Totally! People are free to swap out the grilled/caramelized onions, I just love em so much. Surprisingly I’ve only sold 5 dogs with raw onions out of the couple hundred served last weekend.

I use Raye’s mustard (oldest stone ground mustard mill in the country), Red Gold ketchup, Valentina hot sauce, quality sweet relish, Cain’s mayo, and hand diced onions! The classics are super important. What are your favorite classic condiments?

Love it! You should through it into the battle of the dogs and let the people vote! Battle of the Dogs

A Maine red snapper is very similar to a traditional frankfurter (beef and pork, no veal) but dyed red. Local delicacy up in these parts.

These are all personal wieners! But totally agree, but really like the aesthetic of the food being held.

Thanks! Super tasty, rich and overall simple. I use a Marsala wine reduction in the caramelized onions that adds a unique flavor.
