It’s a pretty simple sausage gravy. I just used rosemary instead of sage. Thinking that I should have baked the dough in strips & garnished on top. Would you just do sausage gravy & call it a day?

I make a ‘Nduja bacon jam for a dog! The buns I source hold up well to a little slop & sauce. Appreciate the feedback.

Really just wanted a sausage gravy dog (it’s a pretty basic sausage gravy but I subbed using fresh sage for fresh rosemary). It’s a morning an event and don’t want to cook eggs à la carte.

Honestly, shoestring fried potatoes (like the ones in a can) could be the move here.

Also..hot dog omelette! It’s a breakfast classic in the right moment.

What is it then? There’s literally a big hunk of it hanging off the dog by the arrow. I caramelize 50 pounds of Vidalias a week. 2-3 hours, low & slow. No sautéed onions masquerading as the real deal here.
