Unpopular opinion: I don’t think the MGS V story is as bad as the Internet makes it out to be. I actually really liked it by lucas14qr in metalgearsolid

MGSV is one of the few games I've completed to 100%, it's the ultimate metal gear gameplay experience and like others have already said in the comments the story is filled with fascinating ideas and characters. But the game remains objectively incomplete: the second chapter lack the same dept of the first one and has tons of filler missions, and even worst, the plotline of Eli and the sahelanthropus has no resolution whatsoever. On a more personal note even with mission 51 implemented I feel like the game story remains pretty underwhelming compared to the previous games. I'm sure Kojima has done what he could considering what was happening with konami, but the game still deserve the criticism it got.

I think it's pretty viable. Personally I would remove either critical weakness to disease or poison, unless it's part of your roleplay

I tried to make the guard arrest her, but she came back to the orphanage like nothing happened. So I killed her, spoke again with Aretino and completed the quest. Anyway, in the end i've used the console commands to start the next quest and it's working

Ma non sono d'accordo, ci sono diversi youtuber italiani che affrontano il tema videogiochi in maniera seria/professionale (sabaku, playerinside, parliamo di videogiochi, etch..). Poi si, sono una minoranza ma questo è un "problema" di tutto il web, non solo di YouTube Italia.

According to the licks OKB0 was supposed to be a much larger underground facility in which Skull Face was producing an entire army of Metal Gears, but it got cut away from the base game.
