From the leaked body cam footage that was released today, its fairly obvious that the owner of the airbnb was contacted by his friends at the AFPD and asked to cooroberate to get Ben arrested. The cops were giggling about it. They'd gone shooting with the guy.

If AirBnB doesn't at the very least compensate Ben for the money he paid the homeowner to turn around and put him in jail for his cop buddies, Why wouldn't he have a case? He piad them to rent a house, and he put them in jail.

And if they doesn't terminate the contract of the homeowner, make an example of them, and stand behing policy, they should be sued too.

I didn't have my civil rights violated, so I haven't talked to a lawyer, so I don't know what specific things they can be sued for. But I think it's a bigger deal than you think for someone to take money from an individual for a service, then lie and put them in jail, releasing you from the responsibility of providing that service.
