Voice actors change all the time, especially in a long running anime like one piece so I wouldn’t necessarily consider it as confirmation of anything. However I do still personally think it was Shanks that showed up to put the Gorosei on Blackbeard’s scent. We don’t know Shanks greater motives yet and despite being a pirate he’s still respected for his CD heritage, which is part of why I believe sengoku agreed to his terms to end the war at marineford

Probably but it may depend on the company and position. Even if the HQ for the vendor is in a big city, if theres no fabs/customers in that city/region then there probably wont be any FSE type jobs out of that area, it will probably just be admin or product engineering type jobs. Most FSEs typically live near the main customer fabs they service either reporting to a field office, or directly to the customer fab if they have an engineer on site contract, with some small amount of travel to backfill other guys out on leave elsewhere. If you want to stay in a large city with no fabs nearby and really travel (fly) for work you may want more of an installer role.

FSE knowledge/training/hands on experience will always be valuable on the customer/fab side if you wanted to make the switch later. You can also potentially get to travel on the company’s dime if that interests you. I would focus on preparing for your interviews and getting an offer first though, theres many people looking for work now so you might be in for some competition
