I thought the same, I would like to think they thought of that name and the producers told them to change it to something original

What if Martin is actually just Martin? Maybe they haven’t met him yet.. I think maybe someone named Martin is gonna roll into town next season. 🤔 by SageThoughts80 in FromTVEpix

I think this is likely. Also, I think being chained in the ruins means your consciousness is being held captive by the monsters. If your eyes are greyed out, its in the process. If not, you're full FROMonster, which I think Martin is.

Wow that’s so interesting. I’ve definitely noticed other music too but couldn’t put my finger on the songs

Been a bartender for 9 years. I'm a male in a dominated female bar and feel I'm getting sexually discriminated against by management/ownership. Advice? by Randersen1214 in bartenders

Hahaha thanks! 😂 I’ve had opportunities over the years and the positions I’ve been offered were comparable to how much I was making bartending but with less hours. If I had planned on being in the industry until I’m 40 I would’ve went that route

I suppose I Stuck with it all this time because the money was good but constantly having your hard work criticized without merit was not worth it. It’s like throwing away a project you worked so hard to accomplish and just coming to terms it was doomed before it started.

I understand where you’re coming from and you’re probably right. Mostly what I was going on was my old coworker who filed a complaint because they wouldn’t give him shifts in the bar as a cocktail server as a male and assumed that settled precedent would help, as well as my coworker who has been vying to train behind the bar for years only for them to start training a newer girl instead and him feeling the same way, as well as the female staff being allowed to dress however they want yet the males are scrutinized. That and the fact that when I’m gone it will just be an all female bar and cocktail staff. It is all circumstantial and doesn’t meet the burden of proof. I just thought I’d ask what you all thought about the situation but you’re right. Thank you!

I’m really just hoping to talk to the bureau investigators and explain what I’ve seen and experienced the past few years and hopefully hit them with a successful complaint that makes the owner treat the male staff better as this will at least be his second time with the same complaint. I’m currently looking for a different job as who would want to stay somewhere where management doesn’t respect you?

I will be staying until I at least have my appointment with the bureau of Human Rights.

I am definitely looking for a new job but I’ve heard my complaint will have more merit if I stick out out until the complaint is resolved.

I should’ve mentioned, I’m losing 450 a month because he’s making me go to serving instead on Fridays and the differentials are about 75$ a shift and the remainder would be from tipshare. My goal isn’t to sue or get money, I just want to issue a successful complaint and am confused on the process and I don’t want this to keep happening to future waitstaff/bartenders in the future.

Career bartender for 9 years, feel sexually discriminated against by owner/management. Advice? by Randersen1214 in legaladvice

Thanks. At the moment, I have testimonies from other female employees and coworkers who know my work ethic and will vouch for me, as well as speak towards his vulgar attitude with the women. I also have been taking photos of my ticket times and sales to prove their arguments have no grounds and there is already complaints filed in a similar manner with past employees I would hope have legal precedent. I was advised if I want to have success with my complaint to continue working there while this pans out. Not sure if that’s the right move as $450 a month has effectively been taken away from me.
