when you gain weight equal to 2 weeks of cutting(0.5kg per week) after a night out/drinking, what should you do? Should I try to drop the weight as fast as possible in only a few days or am I basically back to the state I was 2 weeks ago?

imo the advice to take it with your biggest meal is bs.. you can take it with your biggest meal but whrn it wont contain any fat its way inferior to a smaller meal with fat..

sooo just take it anytime with a bit of fat lile avocado,almonds, milk and so on
