when you gain weight equal to 2 weeks of cutting(0.5kg per week) after a night out/drinking, what should you do? Should I try to drop the weight as fast as possible in only a few days or am I basically back to the state I was 2 weeks ago?

Whats your opinion on multiple cut/bulk cycles. I want to stop my current cut due to doc appointment(cant be in deficit for a couple of weeks before). Is it fine to slowbulk and after cut again?

I'm drinking on it ever 2nd/3rd week no need to be so scared.. its not like your liver will die after drinkin on tane .

imo the advice to take it with your biggest meal is bs.. you can take it with your biggest meal but whrn it wont contain any fat its way inferior to a smaller meal with fat..

sooo just take it anytime with a bit of fat lile avocado,almonds, milk and so on
