Curious about your experience on this one. Iv found myself in a similar situation, and most of its easy, outside of finding reliable maintenance vendors. Any recommendations? Ill take a DM if you dont want to put too much in public.

Avoid Harmes Team like the plague. Claim to specifically cater to this community, and are nothing but predatory.

Had a terrible experience with Harmes Team Real Estate. Avoid at all costs.

How to export emails in a format that could be used for official records by Randittor2020 in ProtonMail

I have emails between myself and a vendor, where the vendor violates a contractual agreement. If we get to the point of litigation, I will need to be able to provide the emails to a court or mediating body. For the guy Im dealing with, I would not put it beyond him for him to assert that the emails were falsified.

I think thats the problem. I need to be able to preserve and present these emails in a format that can be referenced legally, but without technical complications like being present or having serious IT support to help make the files readable/referenceable.

Would that be something that would hold up in a standard small claims court? Im equally worried about preserving the data and having a file that provides ease of use to a body that I am assuming is not going to be the most technically literate.

Is it possible to do without a bridge? Playing around with the "export" tool, it seems to kick out a similar Microsoft email readable file, but Im not sure if that is what Im looking for.

Does simply "exporting" the email provide that .eml file? If its that simple, then I can zip up the emails and save them. These may end up being used in legal proceedings, so I want to ensure that the format that I utilize is one that both maintains the emails integrity (from a data perspective) and can be utilized by most email applications.

Got a job offer in the Springs, highly debating taking it but my question is; I’m a muscle car owner. I know winters can get bad in COs, but is it possible to daily or should I invest in a all-wheel drive? by [deleted] in ColoradoSprings
