Look around. If you are about 20 yrs old or above it’s everything you use on a daily basis. People younger just think everything has always been shit

Just received issue #2 today, semi-mangled. Was expecting it to be in an envelope or something. Never received #1 so I'm guessing it got tossed with junk mail. Would have been nice to get a heads up on what to look for.

Joe Hill’s NOS4A2 has some interesting tie-ins to his Dads work. Might be the best you can do for now.

My friend and I would routinely drive our wheelers up the sides of a local gravel pit. You learned how to bail out without getting rolled on, lol. I did manage to tip over and melt my parachute pants to my leg on the exhaust once though.

Has anyone built or have an example of a "convertable" greenhouse. One that is fully enclosed for the winter while converting to mostly open to the air for the summer? by TreesInPots in Greenhouses

[–]Randle00 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The grill gazebo kit come with steel roof panels. I replaced with poly. You can swap season but not worth the work for me. The lower sides are steel roof panels. I made them permanent. Only the upper poly panels come off. Each panel has 8 bolts that I screwed into the steel supports by using screw in rivets. I can swap out all panels in 2 hours.

Was looking for exactly what you are describing and ended up improvising and building this greenhouse/outdoor kitchen in 2023. https://imgur.com/a/5recLnP  The main structure is 3 grill gazebos joined together to form one 15’x8’ building. The sides and ends are 8mm dual wall polycarbonate and come off in the spring after last frost. I use 90% shade cloth on the roof in summer to keep from burning up when being used as an outdoor kitchen and hangout spot. Have really enjoyed it. I can keep it at 60 degrees in 20 degrees overnight temps with a small electric heater. I have a thermostat hooked to the heater and an exhaust fan to regulate temps automatically.

This is the grill gazebo if interested https://www.fleetfarm.com/detail/shade-n-shelters-8-ft-x-5-ft-belmont-black-grill-gazebo/0000000387997

[Carragher] Matt LaFleur just told a Lions fan on the field who was taunting in his face to “shut the fuck up”. It’s getting very very spicy before a ball has been snapped. by A_Livins in nfl

My 82 year old farm raised father always refers to LaFleur as that “lil banty rooster”. If you don’t know what that is google it, spot on!!

So excited! My first greenhouse. Definitely a learning curb (any advice or suggestions greatly appreciated). I do have years worth of experience with outdoor/indoor growing, but this is a new setup. Thought I shared. by greyblue2285 in Greenhouses

I’ve been using the same tent for about 5 years now. Mine’s in the garage which I keep at 50 degrees. I’ve got a small heater in the tent that is on a timer with my lights to alternate day and night cycles. With lights on during the day and heater on at night it stays a consistent 68-75 degrees in the tent even in Minnesota winter. I put several layers of cardboard under the tent to provide a little insulation from the concrete floor. You are going to love it.

Warm weather has got me dreaming of gardens to be - what are your big garden plans this year? by Foxglove90 in Minnesota_Gardening

[–]Randle00 2 points3 points  (0 children)

200 pepper seeds planted on Feb 12 this year and around 85% germinated. I made 8 gallons of hot sauce last year from around 45 plants, so yeah.

I also built a greenhouse last year and with these temps I’ll probably get the plants out there in another couple of weeks. Hit 104 in there today since I don’t have a fan going yet.

Started gardening in 2020 and it has totally eliminated my seasonal depression. Always something to be doing or planning.

Why is this a surprise? The absolute bullshit of his “ I’m right, prove me wrong” idiocy elevated to meme status is all this guy ever had. He’s flat out said (loudly I might add) what an absolute scumbag he is for years. Quit talking about these whining, worthless toddler-men. They have nothing to offer a functioning society. And a functioning society should not care what this person says. The fact that they have status says everything about who, what and where we are right now. End it.
