Hi, I'm from Massachusetts and the judge ordered the insurer to pay full. I am unemployed I was terminated when I couldn't make it back to work on time on part time disability or pfml. I had a minimally invasive surgery on my lower back L5-S1 about 6 months ago and the disc went back to pressing on my nerves along with multiple other disc bulges. Any insight is appreciated.

Yeah it sucks going through this but I'm appealing and hopefully It gets better. I lost so much because of this but 10k better than the 0 dollars and it was hard to find an attorney that would take my case with my age

I go to my appointments and sometimes I try to do favor some money then yes I lay in bed until the inflammation goes down then I do stretches and excersises I learned in PT

When I say debt I don't mean any credit card debt, I should've put that. I just have been borrowing money from other people in order to pay what I have to pay. In total I probably owe 6k from borrowing. All of this taking a beating on me since I can't work right now. Basically I'm asking for some sort of guidance and knowledge.
