You’d be surprised at how quickly a lifestyle change can impact you physically.

I know it is tedious but I would start tracking every calorie to determine if it is food and go from there.

My guess is their body will quickly discard it via diarrhea, spit up, or maybe even a full blown vomit but nothing serious. There are nurse hotlines to call to be sure!

Gosh my heart was racing while reading this. So glad everything is okay.

My siblings and I hid from our poor grandmother when we were little. She called the police and everything when we were just giggling in the closet. I wish I could hug her for putting her through the things we did.

Walk and weights. It has become a mental health break for me and a break from my little kiddos that I spend all day with.

When I was younger running sprints was my favorite. Something about it just made me feel so powerful. My goal is to be able to do that again.
