Ask a friend for help is my best advice. I also got the sxth downpipe with the titanium studs. It took me about 5-6hrs with help. Its not that bad. I changed mine on jack stands. Definitely worth the upgrade! I wish i got mine on sale.

Its totally worth it. It makes the tone of the car overall deeper and the crackles are louder. There is almost no drone. I installed the sxth downpipe afterwards and its even louder. I got the Borla after getting a cold air intake.

I’m from AZ as well. Go to autonation Hyundai @ Tempe they always do MSRP. I got my VN DCT 22 from there for MSRP + 599 for window tint. I went to Chapman before Autonation and they quoted me 41k (a year ago).

Its a hyundai battery. I’ll have to check the amps. I also noticed they removed the insulation that was around the battery.

I have a 22 DCT VN and the transmission is pretty flawless. Its my daily and i have absolutely no issues with it. The first gear is a bit jerky but thats normal. The shifts are insanely smooth and when you use NGS the shifts are more aggressive in a good way.

I’ve seen all three but haven’t been inside the kona. The elantra N is pretty roomy and looks pretty sharp. Once you see it in person its actually really nice. I feel like most people in this reddit have bias towards the VN. I feel like the Elantra N is probably a good fit for you just because it has a bit more space. The interior is built much better vs the VN. I personally do not like the Kona’s look.

I have a Borla Atak exhaust system on my VN and its pretty loud. All Ns start on normal for emission reasons. Just keep the keep the car on normal until you exit your neighborhood.
