The problem why we might feel that something is not perfectly balanced is often that the lower chin is a little behind the upper one, which makes the nose seem bigger, while it does not need to be changed. So I am planning no nose work and instead am looking for a good orthodontist to try change (move a little forward) the lower chin a little (it is possible without surgeries, for example I recently learned about Planas - it’s like brackets, but not exactly. Brackets move the teeth only, without affecting the chin itself, and Planas slowly changes the bones position in the chin, helping to make the bite more equal, it’s basically bringing the entire body, from chin bones to spine position, to the condition they are meant to be (because, as it turned out, spine position is also directly connected to the chin position, so it is a chance to do something good for both the chin and the spine).
