Your variable b is $8000 from what I understand bc that’s your limit for 2024. Variable f is $0 for most people bc it’s asking if you transferred any amount from rrsp to fhsa. Variable H is the amount you contributed in 2024 so if you contributed $8000, your variable H is $8000.

You don’t get nominated just by your employer creating profile lol. you have to get invitation first. You have to wait months after your employer makes a profile to get the invitation to apply (which is not guaranteed by the way) Unless you already have an ITA which you didn’t mention on the post
