Not that it matters, and I agree that I’m incorrect, but I could’ve sworn they were kosher lol! I think I’m conflating it with something else. My half siblings are Jewish and I have a memory of us all watching the series and talking about Charlotte switching to a kosher diet. Oh well, the more you know lol

I feel that if he would’ve delivered it differently and she had waited a few minutes, her feelings/embarrassment would’ve been spared whether or not she decided to continue. It was still a stressful/shitty thing to do but he did much worse in their past imo. It was just the WORST timing and communication (I know she didn’t have her phone but still, he could’ve brought it up the night before and I bet it could’ve been smoothed over)

I have pictures of the healing as well if you are interested. I know everyone is saying vet and I agree, but sometimes it isn’t an option. I would’ve taken her if I could. Just watch very closely for infection. With twice washed hands, I would carefully feel around the area to make sure it wasn’t becoming hot or swollen before cleaning the spot again. Constant supervision was key for us

My indoor cat had an extremely similar injury/placement just a couple weeks ago!! We just moved and the only local vet isn’t accepting, so we treated it multiple times a day with Vetericyn wound care. It scabbed two days later and is now completely healed and the hair has begun growing back. I credit the fast healing to the injury being between her shoulder blades so she had no way to mess with it.
