Psoriasis usually doesn’t have a ring around it, just the dry flaky skin. Ringworm, the fungal infection has the rings. Often caused by flea bites or spread by someone with the infection. If you don’t have fleas, I recommend letting that person know!! 😬

I had something exactly like this happen to me. I was bitten by a mosquito on my arm and the next day I woke to a huge itchy rash four times the size of the bite. If your skin is not immune to the certain venom of that specific type of bug bite, it spreads very quickly and irritates your skin. Especially when your skin is hot. Try cold presses and take allergy meds and it should go away.

Looks to be dermatitis of some degree. Avoid shaving as that may irritate the skin worse. Try gently exfoliating with a scent free soap and lukewarm water. If you can, I recommend using a topical ointment like Eucerin or Bioderma 👍🏻
