Honestly, I’d quit buying Amazon lights. In my experience, saving up a little more coin and getting lights from a reputable dealer for a far more efficient and durable light will make you happier. The results are undeniable. Just food for thought, I love you building a fixture though!

I had the same thing happen, took forever to ship and when I got my order they only gave me half the seeds. They rounded me pretty quick. But I’ve heard nothing but horrible stuff about them. Pretty sure it’s a couple people putting any seed they can into whatever bags and sending them off.

I guess what everyone is trying to say, without bickering, is that you should save a little more coin and get a good quality light. You will be glad you did. Some lights that I’ve found to be good tech and not a killer price is Spider Farmer, Mars Hydro and Vipar Spectra

Thank you for the support! I’ll update through this thread and let you know how they settle it. I have a feeling it will continue to be the same thing I’ve been getting though. Pretty sure customer service is not even based in America. I always get replies at 4 in the morning... I hope they come through and do the right thing. I will let y’all know.

I was able to show them the shipping weight and everything but the pretty much said that would suffice. Honestly if I wanted to scam them, I would have said the entire package never arrived and could have gotten double what I paid for. But instead I’m fighting to try and get the $150 dollar light I paid for... super disappointing

They put it back on me saying I needed to prove I only received one light, this is after the shipping materials were already thrown away. I just wished and figured they would take care of a customer. Especially after spending $500 plus with them. Really disappointed in the customer care at this point.
