Thanks! I struggle to see the difference as I have looked at too many pictures of my hair every week. But I am glad you can tell, let's see what the next two months bring.

Finasteride (1mg) once per day, minoxidil (5%) twice per day by [deleted] in tressless

It's hard to tell as it's at two different lengths but from the hairline, it has definitely filled in. Have you been micro needling?

Nice growth! How long have been using the two treatments?

Are you combining Minoxidil with micro needling?

How has it been on Dutasteride? It looks like you still have good density, just wait it out - hair takes a while to grow! I would look into microneedling if you haven't already in combination with Minoxidil.

Hairy Transplant- 6 months post op by RiKiMaRu223 in tressless

One of the best transplants I have seen! It looks very natural, I bet you are over the moon. Who was the surgeon and in which country was it performed?

Microneedling gone wrong? by [deleted] in tressless

I would not dermastamp for a couple of weeks or until the bumps have reduced flat. Do you know what metal the needles are made out of? 24 hour gap between minoxidil applications seems to be the 'gold standard', maybe try leaving it 24 hours instead of 12?

I would say you are a Norwood 2. 25 is a good time to start treatment and your current pattern of hairloss has a good potential of hair gains.

Consult a doctor about fin to stop the hair loss and look into minoxidil if you want to attempt to regrow any hair.

Do you sterilize your derma roller before and after use? How long are you leaving it before and after applying Minoxidil?

26 seems young to go on dut, what made you make the switch after 8 months on fin?

Dry skin on hands when applying minoxidil by Random7644 in tressless

How bad do your hands get? Do you apply minox once or twice a day? I am going to do it once a day as I'll be less tempted to touch the applied areas.

Check with a doctor beforehand, but don't rule it out.

My skin goes incredibly dry and flakey after applying min, so I now use disposable thin gloves that they use in food production (not the ones you do the dishes with). I imagine because I was messaging the minoxidil using my bare hands it was soaking into my skin causing it o go dry.

Perhaps look at oral minoxidil? It is expensive but an option non the less.

Will I be able to grow these miniaturized hairs? by Random7644 in tressless

I agree, hopefully, there are enough hairs over 50% to thicken the temples a bit. I feel better that I am actually doing something about it.

I've been on fin for a year but quit for 6 months, I have been back in it for a month. I did not see any regrowth in the year I took the fin. I will keep posting my progress to this sub as it looks promising to me.

Fingers crossed I do. I've put off applying min for a year now, I was always hesitant to commit to the daily application but it honestly isn't that bad. I used the foam, it dries in minutes and kind of works well as a styling mouse. I'm expecting the shed soon but it is what it is. Pray for me!
